WORKS OVERVIEW

There are regular build days in the Hobart area to keep the trails in top shape. Some of this work is completed by councils and trail building companies. A major amount of this work is completed by volunteer groups.

The Club is actively involved in trail maintenance in the Glenorchy Mountain Bike Park and The Lea Scout Centre. Maintainance in the Clarence Mountain Bike Park and Meehan Range area is undertaken by Meehan Range Trail Goomers. Trails around the mountain are maintained by Hobart City Council, with support Hobart Trail Alliance and the Bushcare group,

Regularly build days are held across the Hobart trail network and we will advertise these days here. Participating in these events is not only a way to give back to the rider community in general. It is an an opportunity to learn and gain skills in how to build and maintain MTB trails.

All this with the satisfaction of knowing you have made a contribution to improve the rider experience.
