In preparation for the XCO State Championships being hosted at Tolosa on 15 November, we have an opportunity for you to test out the course and enjoy some of the best ups and downs that The Glenorchy Mountain Bike Park has to offer.

Time

• Registration from 9am

• Race starts 10am

Venue: Glenorchy MTB Park

The event is being held on the awesome trails at Glenorchy MTB Park. Car parking is available in the public car park at the trail head at the end of Tolosa Road. The event start/finish and registration is located approximately 100m from the car park.

BIKES & EQUIPMENT

Please be sure your bike is in great nick, with working brakes, no play in the bearings and plugged bar ends.

Helmets: you must wear a helmet that meets Australian Standards – inspections may occur.

All junior riders are required to have a parent or guardian attend the event with them.

COST

$10 junior, $15 senior

LICENSING

Racers must have a current Auscycling Membership (full or off-road)

A day Race Event Permit is available if you do not have an annual licence to purchase through Auscycling go here :

Age based on age on 31st Dec 2026:

Elite

Masters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

U11, U13, U15, U17, U19, U23

Please choose your correct age category when you enter the race.

SCRATCHING: Need to withdrawal from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can’t make the event. Please use the ‘Scratch’ button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the start list, (Please note the scratching cut-off as the button is not available after this).

Event Conditions The event organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the event. This can be due to weather events (our permit to use the venue will be cancelled if the tracks are too wet) or circumstances outside of the control of the event organiser. If an event is cancelled, rescheduling will occur where possible. Full refunds are available upon cancelation or for anyone unable to make the date of a rescheduled event.
